When you visit us for a dental appointment, we will firstly ask you if you've had any recent dental concerns or problems - then we'll continue with an initial routine examination of your mouth, taking particular care to check out any problems you might have drawn our attention to.

During the examination, we'll pay special attention to the surface condition of your teeth and the health of your gums - plus we'll check out any fillings and restorations you may have, to ensure that they're in good condition and assess if they need any remedial work or replacement. If necessary, we may take some digital x-rays as well, to ascertain the health of those areas of your mouth that we can't see through visual examination.

If we do find any problems when we undertake our initial routine examination of your teeth and gums, we will discuss the various options available to you.
